With over 18 of personal training experience, Tony Cress and his team of trainers have one goal. That is to help you achieve your fitness goals through the creation of personalized fitness plans and on going motivation. His boutique fitness studio offers a variety of classes and options including TRX, Weck Method, FitCamps, and Boot Camps. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just be more active and meet new people, Tony Cress personal training has a solution.

TRX addresses the fundamental functions of suspension training, while working on mobility, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

class-2

WECK METHOD

Combines innovative equipment with specialized training to enhance athletic performance and functional strength. “Every Step Stronger for Everyone.”

class-3

FITRANX

A comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging an individual's fitness levels. Similar to the martial arts, the goal is to "Level Up" each successive testing day.

  • TRX/Fitcamp Fusion,

    A 60 minute workout combining the TRX Suspension Trainer with other tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, and medicine balls to incorporate both stability and mobility exercises with strength and power exercises for a truly TOTAL workout.

  • Fitcamp Fusion,

    Much like your traditional “bootcamp” class, without anyone barking orders at you. We combine conventional bodyweight exercises, along with dumbells, Airdyne bikes, RMT clubs and more to give you a high calorie expenditure while strengthening the whole body with new and unique methods.

  • TRX Suspension and Rip,

    An hour long class using both the TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer. Be ready to be drenched in sweat with this uptempo, one of a kind workout working both sides of the body with an emphasis on core training!

  • IMPACT Fitness Camp,

    Intended for beginning to intermediate fitness enthusiasts, attendees will learn foundational movement patterns with bodyweight exercises, the TRX Suspension trainer, and dumbbell exercises.

  • WTF,

    Exactly what you think. This is an advanced workout with prerequisites, that will leave any attendee thinking “What did I just get myself into?” Advanced movements with resistance, massively high intensity intervals, and heavy strength work involved.

  • Mt. Olympus,

    This 30 minute workout will leave you feeling as if you worked out for much longer, with a focus on the WeckMethod RMT Club, ViPr, and battle ropes.

    A 50 minute class solely on the TRX Suspension trainer, challenging all three planes of motion (3 dimensions) with strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, and throw in some cardio to boot!

    Based on the WeckMethod philosophy, this workout employs the all new Bosu Elite, RMT Club, and WeckMethod Ropes to work on non-dominant side training, tensional balance, and an IMMEDIATE increase in performance.
