Burpees. You know what they are. You’ve probably done a few in your time if you go to a bootcamp or group exercise class. Heck, we’ve done them a time or hundred when we were TCPT. We don’t do them any more. Because they are a killer exercise? No. Because they are too good? No. Because WE are too good? Hmmm…. No. maybe because as a group, we might know better.
