The American College of Sports Medicine just released their top 20 fitness trends for 2016, and TCPT doesn’t disappoint.  Out of the 20 most popular trends, TCPT is involved with 14 of them.  Looks like we are moving in the right direction.  Let’s look at some of the trends we like to promote here at Tony Cress Personal Training
