So, I don’t know if any of you know Tracy Anderson, who she is, etc. She’s Gwyneth Paltrow’s trainer. She’s thinks that women don’t need to lift anything over three pounds. She thinks she can sculpt “long, lean, dancer muscles” on people who have their muscles attached to bones (everyone) regardless of what their bone length is. Also, a disclaimer here. I have a client who swears by Tracy Anderson videos, so I’m mainly poking fun at her. Tracy Anderson thinks she’s amazing!
