Most people want to get fit. A lot of times, those people go to great lengths to get fit. There might be one missing link though. Those people work out hard, they take supplements, they sweat all over the place, yet they don’t factor in one very simple thing. How much water they get, every day. If you don’t hydrate yourself, those muscles you are working hard for, may not show up as planned. Since muscle is made up mostly of water, it’s essential you get enough of it. Common sense says so! So for the next few days, take note of how much water you drink. Try to, for the sake of things, only count actual water. Try not to include sodas or tea, or coffee. If you aren’t getting your eight cups of water, more, if you are really active, you could be doing yourself, and your muscles a disservice.
