Well, My wife, Mollie and I have been married for 12 yrs and have 2 boys Anthony 8 and Carter 5. I’m a die hard baseball fan and love to golf with my buddies. I love getting away for the weekend and spending time with my family in southern California.

How Long Have You Been A TCPT Member?

I have been coming to TCPT for almost 2 yrs now.

How Did You Get Started At TCPT?

My wife won a free month membership in August of 2014 and fell in love with it. She signed up and continued to go. One day in January, She wanted to jog to the gym. I told her I’d pick her up after class ended. I picked her up and she introduced me to Tony Cress and Gaylynn Bryd. After talking with Tony, he said to me,”I see you follow me on instagram and facebook when are you gonna take a class?”. I told him that I’ve gotta watch the boys. He asked if they had ipads or video games. I told him “yes”. He then replied with “They can sit here on the bench and play, So What’s your next excuse?”.
I could not believe I was being called out. LOL I told him I’d be here tomorrow. I took the class and haven’t looked back even though it felt like someone took a baseball bat to my legs 2 days later.

How Do You Stay Committed To A Healthy Lifestyle?

My wife has been a huge support to me. We are committed to being at class 5-6 a week. We try our best to eat healthier and knowing that it’s a big part of feeling better and getting stronger.

What Do You Like Best About Training At TCPT?

The Atmosphere there is second to none. The trainers are great! They want you to exceed and reach your personal goals. I like to think about TCPT as the gym version of Cheers because everybody knows your name and you become part of a family. All the members push each other every class regardless if it’s your first week or if you have been coming there for years.
There are a couple members that I loved to be paired with because I know I’m gonna be pushed hard.

What Is Your Favorite Exercise?
Atomic push-ups
I want to see my ab muscles in the near future. It’s the one thing I wish I had.

What Is Your Least Favorite Exercise?

Really? Who likes burpees

What Is The Most Important Thing You’ve Learned At TCPT?
Form and posture are keys to every movement. If you don’t have those 2 things in check, you are wasting your time and wont get the most out of the exercise.

What Can You Tell Others Looking To Make A Lifestyle Change?
First, You have to be committed to it. Willing to make sacrifices in daily food intake. If you are working out every day and still eating like crap, you’re not going to get the results you want. Second, It’s a lifestyle change and not 6 or 8 weeks of change.
