A lot of you have asked for a full body TRX workout. Well, I did you one better. I’m going to give you a TRX workout… PROGRAM. A 4 day program that covers all aspects of fitness. We’ll work on flexibility, strength, cardio, power, and core work in our 4 day TRX program. Each day will cover a different type of physical aspect of health. All workouts will be posted on my youtube channel this week! Day 1 will be posted below. Do this program in a 2 day on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off sequence. The program will not get one bodypart sore more than another, so you’ll be able to go back to back with no problems.
