When was the last time you felt good about what you were doing from a standpoint of physical activity? Are you exercising and not seeing or feeling what you think you should be? Why do you think that is? Is it “time” Is it that your workouts aren’t really what you think they are? Is it that you REALLY aren’t doing as much as you are convincing yourself you are doing?
What did you USED to do that allowed you to be in the best shape of your life up to this point? And was what you were doing the best thing you could have been doing at that point? Was what you were doing leading to this point right now? Did your actions play a role in how you feel TODAY?
Time waits for no one, and it’s going to pass, regardless of the actions you take. You are either getting better, or you are getting worse. Which one is happening to you? What are you doing about it? You can be proactive about the inevitable “aging” and make it be something you enjoy, your you can sit back and allow “getting older” to be your excuse.
