Training and Working Out are NOT the same thing.

Training leads you somewhere, is tracked and adjusted.  Working out is not really any of those things.

Training is supported by the rest of your mindset with a plan of attack for nutrition and recovery.  Working out doesn’t really account for the two.

Training addresses weaknesses and turns them into competence.  Working out may just try to hide the weaknesses through speed or avoidance.

Training allows your mind to interact with your body to become more resilient, more competent and more coordinated from a physical perspective.  Working out disregards the mind-body relationship.

Training helps you become better overall from a physical, mental and spiritual perspective.  Working out just makes you sweat and feel like you did something.
