After a thorough movement assessment, goal setting meeting, and nutritional consultation, a program will be mapped out for the client taking them through a periodized, progressive and comprehensive fitness and nutrition protocol.  Sessions run in 25-30 minute or 50-60 minute sessions, depending on the specific workout for the day.  Benefits of private training include:
