Hello guys, it’s your friendly personal trainer here. We all have struggles through this thing we call health, and I have one myself, that I’m going to tell you about. As much of a fitness nut I am, i enjoy sweet things. Those sweet things, sometimes hold me back from what I really want, which is an always improving fitness level. So, starting December 1st, that all stops. I’m going to make this challenge available to you, as well. If you’ve ever watched the documentary, Fed Up , it talks about all the added sugar that goes into our daily nutrition as a whole. I’m going to put a stop to that for the month of December. I urge you to do the same, and fully realize the potential of your health, without all the added substances that have been proven to be as addictive as cocaine and heroin. I know it’s the holiday season, and I’m sure there will be tons of get togethers and parties you’ll be invited to, but if you can do this in December, you can do ANYTHING, any other time. So here are the details: -Eat no foods with any added refined sugars -Eating natural sugars like honey, is ok -If a food has naturally occurring sugars in it, those are fine. Fruits, fresh juices made yourself, etc. Those are good to go -Other than that, I think we’re good. I know this means cutting a lot of random “normal” foods out of your daily intake, but there is a word called discipline that we are practicing here. If you want to take the challenge. Those are your rules. Only you know if you are sticking to them, and this is more internal than anything else, but the satisfaction of doing this, for me, will be monumental in really taking my health to the next level.
