Tony Cress Personal Training – Full Body Fitness Camp

This 60 minute group workout combines flexibility, stability, strength and power exercises, all while ripping the body fat right off! Whether it’s indoors or out, you’ll experience a variety of exercises, tools, and games which sometimes involve working with a partner, or friendly competition.
